MinDESS

Minimum Discrete-Events Simulator. This is a minimalistic implementation of a discrete-event simulator for the simulation of a SRM neuron model, that aims at setting formal limits of working range between discrete-event and clock-driven simulation (especially DEVS for the former and SpinNaker for the later).
